I haven't written recently and just the briefest outline of the last two weeks is explanation enough. Pret a porter shows have just wound up in Paris and I was one of the shows!

Walking with me on the catwalk at the Monkey Club just off the Champs Elysees were Jeff Leatham and Emanuel de Brantes. Outfits were courtesy of Martin Grant. In the audience was no less a luminary than Ruby Wax, come to report on moi. I was a bit of a sensation coming on in my Stars and Stripes leggings to the strains of Survivors Eye of the Tiger. Next up was firm pal Pamela with something of a plunging neckline - the Jennifer Lopez to my Puff Mutley; Those gold chains sure weighed me down.

Next was Monsieur De Brantes , Vogue chronicler and scenarist of top French film Jet Set, strolling into the Monkey Club crowd to On The Street Where She Lives.

Finale was me in a fab leather coat, with backend access for my personal needs, to the pumping sound of Pull Up To My Bumper Baby. And there is more so much more but that will be for the next time. Soonest,
